Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange if your item meets one of the following conditions:

The product is defective or damaged on arrival

The product is incomplete (missing parts, missing accessories)

The product is not as described
Return Window
You may request a return within:

5 days from the date of receiving the product

Requests submitted after the return window may not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging (box, tags, labels)

With all included accessories and gifts (if any)

Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification may be rejected.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the return is due to defect, damage, or wrong item we cover all return shipping costs. We don’t accept the return if it is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)
Refund Method
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days through Bank transfer/ Original payment method / Store credit (optional). Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can send a replacement item once we confirm:

Exchanges are processed the same way as returns
